Not trying to argue here, but wouldn't Cuban fall under Caribbean?

It strikes me by the way that in Europe, it's always the southern countries whose cooking is praised and recognized (also by me). I'd love to once try Scandinavian food, but there's just no Swedish/ Norvegian/ Danish restaurant I know of.
