ANY cuisine from ANYWHERE can be superb, as long as the food is respected and the ingredients are carefully considered...simple.

My favourites are Italian, Chinese and Indian. However, only the "westernized" version of Chinese or South Asian food. German isn't that bad either with Schnitzel, Bratwurst and all the "hefty" specialities. Turkish/Kurdish and Arabic döner kebab/shawarma are worth mentioning, too. Hach, there are soo many great cuisines worldwide

favorite 5

1. Singaporean - the perfect fusion of Malay, Chinese and Southern Indian cuisines.
2. Indian - rich and very flavorful.
3. Lebanese - powerful flavors and very meaty.
4. Japanese - fresh, minimalistic and creative presentations.
5. Filipino - "unhealthy-ly" good. one my guilty pleasure food.

Dislike 4

1. Mexican - I do not like the smell of the food. And most food are very redundant.
2. Vietnamese - Not in to so many leafy vegetables.
3. American - They turn any food into rubbish. Some burgers and fries are delightful though.
4. Thai - too spicy that overpowers the natural flavors of some ingredients.

1) Vietnamese (spring rolls, pho, bhan mi, etc - can eat this stuff 24/7)
2) Middle-Eastern (lamb, kebabs, falafels, humus, olives - healthy and delcious)
3) Eastern European (Ukrainian / Polish / Czech / Russian hearty food)
4) Far Eastern (Chinese - the kings of dumplings, Japanese, but dont care for Korean)
5) American (BBQ, grill classics, cornbread, various roasts and stews)

honorable mention: Greek, Spanish, Caribbian, Italian, German, Indian.
