Lol...funny post. I'll pass on the anarchy, though.
I'm done giving my opinion now, Kathryn - I'm not here to disrupt the thread.
And please be nice to me because I've always liked you.

There's a thread in the Fashion and Beauty forum in which the OP is unironically trying to make the word "exxotical" happen. It makes me angry every time I see it pop up in my list.

Discrete used when it should have been discreet.

"No one knew what we were up to because we were very discrete."

Well, in that case I'll certainly behave!

There was a poster over in Relationships who encouraged people to have discrete sex. I had to speak up about that one.

People using ellipsis (...) in order to separate sentences, makes me want to put my eyes out.

Random example I just saw:

"Yes, there are people ... including some here on this forum ... who disrespect Mexico and Mexico's laws and circumvent the requirements. And, yes, again ... there are Mexican immigration employees who are either corrupt and inept and allow the regulations to be avoided. All of that doesn't change the clear fact ... demonstrated in writing if someone has learned how to read ... that there are very specific requirements expats must meet if they wish to reside in Mexico."

What is becoming really annoying to me is the dropping of actress, hostess, seamstress, etc. and other female forms in favor of using the male form universally.

I'm assuming the reason is female equality but I fail to see any sense in it.

That example is not using them to separate sentences.

How is that not separating sentences? Using them instead of commas.

That's what I meant anyway.
