I got gas at Raceway on Cherry Rd at/near 77 at 300 this afternoon. Only waited about 20 minutes. $3.77/gal.but it was CASH ONLY The attendant told me that they are guaranteed a shipment every day. Good luck!
Drove down Celenease and Cherry and all the others. I guess I'll be taking a day off tommorrow.
The gas station on GOLD HILL RD, that is located beside the KOA camping grounds has had gas for 3 days in a row, just an fyi. Also Gates, get's their gas late at night, I got mine on a Saturday morning real early, like about 5 am.
Just get up and call them and see if they have it. I went right up and got mine no waiting, no other cars.
And one more word, NORTH CAROLINIANS STAY HOME AND QUIT BUYING OUR GAS !! We're not coming to Charlotte and buying yours up.
I see more NC plates waiting at line at the stations than I do SC, and I'm tired of it, as well as all my neighbors saying the samething.
So what the heck is Sanford doing about this? At least Easley is trucking down some to Charlotte from Wilmington. That would at least help us some down here but Sanford has to have some plan doesn't he?
He's probably out at his beach house partying. I bet his got his and more for his kids and family!

That's funny, you don't wanna say that. We use their highways to go to work.

yeah and ain't it something that Raleigh and Greensboro and even Wilmington have no shortage, but Charlotte does.....something stinks.
Fort Mill, Rock Hill have shortages, but Myrtle Beach doesn't?? something stinks.
Okay, I guess I'm just dense. Why is it localized in the South East? Is there only ONE pipeline out of Houston????? I've been talking to family in Calif, Idaho and the MidWest and everyone seemed surprised that we were having a shortage. They all seem to have gas and the prices are FALLING. Did no one know this was gonna happen? Did it have to get this bad?

YEah? I use 2 miles of I-77...and I pay plenty of taxes to NC to make up for the whole 2 miles.
