Hand washing facilities are adequate and conveniently located and accessible for employees
Hand washing facilities are adequately supplied
Exposed ready-to-eat foods are not touched by bare hands

Adequate hand washing facilities are adequate; accessible.
VI. Time/ Temperature Controlled for safety foods.
Hot holding temperatures are above 135 degrees. Cold holding temperatures are below 41. Foods are date marked and are discarded when required.
X. Chemical
Please be sure to label all existing/ new toxic spray bottles.
