PIC Phil. Inspected storm drain and dumpster. Lids were closed. Storm drain appears clean. Cart needs lid.

The facility needs to completely clean the kitchen at the end of the night.
The hole in the floor noted on the standard inspection must be addressed and repaired within 6 months.

PIC Jay. (Cell 614-795-1268). Facility is working with the property owner (convention center) on splitting the cost of pouring concrete in the area holding the water. An agreement is being worked out and should be final in the next 2 weeks.

- Discussed the inspection report with the person-in-charge.
- The facility is not operating within their risk class 3 license. The facility is not permitted to leave cooked pizza out at room temperature. The facility will be upgraded to a Commercial Risk Class 4 license if it continues to leave cooked pizza out at room temperature.
- Critical violations shall be corrected by the follow-up inspection or this facility will be referred to supervision for enforcement action.

Person in charge- Eric. Person in charge stated that the kitchen is closed and the facility will be closed for a few months. The facility is undergoing renovations and will reopen as a pizza restaurant and a bar. Inspected bar area, restrooms, storage areas. Updated green sign.
