If you choose to do manual warewashing using the 3 compartment sink. I recommend using quaternary ammonia tablets. Provide test strips as required, and a sign indicating how many tablets to use in your sink may help avoid miss use of sanitizers.

The residents of the facility prepare their own food. No money is paid by the residents for the food.
As such, the facility does not require a license as per the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code. Please assess other state licensing and inspection requirements to determine if you are required to have health inspections by another department.
