Posted Cease Order on door. Noticed the name on the building said The Avenue Bar. Left office number and said if this is a new owner call ASAP!

On-site consultation with PIC Measha
Observed 3-compartment sink backed up/ not draining properly. Also observed mold on the inside of the ice machine. To maintain open tonight the facility can only use disposable cups and not served any ice from the ice machine. The plumbing must be fixed and ice machine must be fully cleaned out prior to operation tomorrow.
Inspector will be back tomorrow at 2:00pm to ensure these items have been corrected.
If theses items have not been corrected the facility will be sent to the Hearing officer.
