Only the freshest seasonal ingredients available are used, and when they don’t use the vegetables and fresh herbs grown in their multi-acre garden in Simpsonville, they buy from local growers. At breakfast, popular choices include the cornmeal buttermilk pancakes and the smoked trout hash; for lunch, the grilled salmon sandwich and the chicken and dumplings are a hit; at night, tapas like empanadas and calamari get their own section of the menu. There is also a number of vegetarian and organic menu choices.
