Address: 2016 North Kings Hwy.

Description: Established in 1969, Village Surf Shop is the oldest hard-core surf shop around. Owner Kelly Richards is usually found next door to this shop, covered in Styrofoam dust with rock music blaring as he shapes one of his masterpieces, called Perfection Surfboards. For more than two decades, Richards has made boards that are better suited to surfing the East Coast, having a wider surface and heavier weight that allows for a longer ride on smaller waves.
