Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Store sanitizer buckets in safe areas below and away from food and food equipment to prevent contamination. Observed a sanitizer bucket stored on a 2nd shelf over the chicken fryer baskets. Also observed 2 other sanitizer buckets stored on top of food prep areas which were both tops of food coolers. An employee was actively prepping ready to eat salads with a sanitizer bucket next to the salads and slicing equipment. - COS; all buckets were moved to bottom shelving.
