Owner commenced the reorganization of the walk in cooler during the inspection to store raw animal proteins adequately. Corrective action was not completed. "

Observed no thin probe stem thermometer and no thermometers in reach in cooler/ prep cooler holding potentially hazardous food items. Functional thermometer provided for prep cooler as a corrective action.
