(The valves appeared to be shut off on both. Keep all valves on so that hot water is always available for handwashing.) 2. Keep all handwash sinks accessible at all times. Observed a large dolly blocking access to the handwash sink in the meat prep department. 3. Keep all items out of all handwash sinks. Observed a cell phone charger being stored at the produce pushcart handwash sink.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used "1. Store all toxic, poisonous chemical working containers away from all foods at all times. Observed a stainless steel cleaner spray bottle stored next to pumpkin pie on the bakery prep table. 2. Ensure that the proper sanitizing solution levels are being utilized. Observed quaternary solution reading above 400 PPM in bakery three-compartment sink. Quaternary must read between 200-400 PPM."
Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Properly Calibrated (2C) Provide working temperature measuring devices in all cooling units. Observed a few thermometers in the reach-in freezers along the medicine aisle not recording any temperatures.
Good Repair Replace all damaged white meat prep/holding trays in the meat prep department.
