| No Evidence of Insect Contamination Contact the pest control company to help eliminate the live roaches observed. Observed three live roaches. |
| Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used "Discontinue the use of non-commercial pesticides and only commercial grade pesticide approved for use at restaurant. Observed ""Home Invasion"" pesticide." |
| Manual/Mechanical Warewashing and Sanitizing "Provide the three compartment sink to be set up and used properly. Wash with hot soapy water in the first compartment, rinse with hot clean water in the second compartment and sanitize in the last compartment with chlorine sanitizer (50-100 ppm). Observed an employee washing and rinsing dishes and not sanitizing." |
