Observation: There is no thermometer in the breakfast refrigerator.

The FOOD EMPLOYEE REPORTING AGREEMENT FORMS were not on-site for breakfast area staff---Corrected on-site by leaving forms and instructing owner on importance of not allowing ill food handlers to work.
