Cease use of equipment until repaired and verified by JCDH.// Several trays of sliced roast beef and turkey were prepared 11/12/11 and stored in WI cooler overnight with temperature 45F. Outer thermometer reading was 46F, EHS observed range of 45-47F for ambient temperature. //PIC voluntarily discarded and repairman is on site repairing WI cooler.// All other deli meats are prepared & stored in WI freezer and bottom RI cooler, which are maintaining proper temperature.

ADPH 420-3-22-.08 Post current inspection report in a conspicuous place inside the food establishment. Report remains the property of JCDH.// Incorrect score posted of a 93 from 7/20/2012 which should have been a 83 from last inspection of 11/14/2011.

5-205.15 Repair condensate leak in bottom RI cooler.// standing water in bottom RI cooler near fryer.// Ice buildup in upper RI freezer. 6-501.12 Clean toilets, urinals, and plumbing fixtures as often as necessary to keep them clean.// Feces on m. bathroom floor.//Staff COS.

WI cooler floor is being repaired today, all food will be moved to freezer. PIC called & faxed over repair invoice at 4:26pm that verifies WI coller has been repaired and is 35F. EHS will verify on 6/27/2012.
