4-601.11 Wash, rinse, and sanitize fountain drink nozzles as often as necessary to keep free of slime mold and residue. Accumulation of residue on nozzles of fountain drink machine.
The following shelf stable items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation: Dinty Moore Noodles and Chicken expired 07/11 and Van Camps Beanee Weenee Chilee flavor expired 06/04/11. Items were discarded prior to the end of the inspection.
4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumjulation of residue on bottle glides of the RI coolers. Accumulation of grime and residue on nozzles of cappuccino machine.

The following shelf stable items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation: Armour beef stew expired 05/01/12, Campbells vegetable beef soup expired 11/07/11 and soup at hand vegetable beef soup expired 02/10/12, Hormel deviled ham expired 03/12, and Sweet Sue chicken and dumplings expired 02/15/12. Items were removed from the shelving prior to the end of the inspection.
4-602.11 Clean fan covers on RI and WI coolers and/or RI freezers. Accumulation of dust and grime on fan covers of RI and WI coolers. 4-602.12 Clean microwaves at least every 24 hours. Accumulation of caked on residue on the ceiling of the microwave oven. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumulation of caked on residue on the nozzles of the cappuccino machine. Accumulation of grime and residue on the bottom of cabinets shelving.
4-202.16 Provide smooth, easily cleanable non food contact surfaces. Vinyl lining on the doors and bottom of cabinets cracked or damaged.
4-501.116 Provide test strips with color chart for chlorine sanitizer.
5-501.113 Keep dumpster closed. Dumpster lid open at the time of the inspection.
