5-205.15 Repair plumbing. Repair leaking pipe at handwashing sink.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. Clean floors behind shelving in back storage area.
6-303.11 Provide at least 10 foot candles of light at 30 inches from floor in WI cooler, WI freezer, and dry storage areas. Light bulb and cover missing in walk in freezer.
6-501.16 Store mops so that they may be air-dried without contaminating walls, equipment, or supplies. Do not leave mops in dirty mop water. Take measures to properly store mop to all them to air dry.

Walk in freezer could possibly be leaking also. Facility did not have gloves available. No bare hand contact was observed, however it is strongly suggested that facility have gloves to prevent any bare hand contact.

3-304.12 Provide a clean surface in a protected location for storing ice scoop; or store in ice with handle upright. Scoop for ice stored in ice with handle down in ice. Take measures to store with handle up or on outside using a clean surface.
5-205.11 Provide access to handsinks at all times. Chalkboard/chalk in handwashing sink next to three compartment sink. Keep handwashing sinks available to wash hands at all times.
6-301.12 Provide paper towels or drying device at all hand sinks. Paper towel dispenser in toilet room not dispensing towels. Red light is on battery appears to be not working.
