5-205.15 Repair condensate leak in WI cooler// Water observed dripping from vents; maintenance has been called to check cooler.

Also asked manager about discarding procedures due to complaint at Subway in Gardendale. Manager stated that the only item she knew about having to discard was a bag of brown lettuce two weeks ago.
