6-301.20 Provide waste receptacles at all handsinks with paper towels. Handwashing sink at back food prep area next to warmer does not have a waste receptacle.

Computer Problems-actual 10:37 am actual time out 11:57am and date was 12/1/11.

3-307.11 Cover all food in storage. Several containers of food in reach in coolers not covered in reach in coolers on make/cook line. Container of dressing in walk in cooler not covered.
4-402.11 Maintain all fixed sinks so that they are sealed to adjoining walls or equipment. Handwashing sink at end of cook line not attached to wall properly. Several handwashing sinks not sealed to wall.
