3-304.14 Store wet wiping cloths for sanitizing in quaternary ammonia solution at concentration specified by manufacturer. Manufacturer specifications state that water temperature for quaternary ammonia should be 65-75F. Water at saniziter was extremely hot. Wiping cloth solution tested negative for sanitizer.

Actual inspection ending time was 12:28pm. Computer malfunctioned and did not accpet sign out.
