Observation: Ice used for [water bottles] is used for drink ice in soda macine and used for yogurt in ice machine.
Correction: Discard contaminated food and adjust procedures to prevent ice used as an exterior coolant from being used in food.

Observation: Handwashing sink is not non-hand operated or is operating incorrectly. Hot water handle does not work and has to be operated by turning on the hot water valve below 3 comp sinks.
Correction: Employee handwashing sinks shall be non hand operated and if metered shall provide a flow of water without the need for reactiviation for at least 15 seconds. Fix hand wash sink asap. contact inspector once repairs have been made.
