Comments: Walk in cooler broken air temp at 60 deg F. Foods at 48-51.4 deg F. All foods being moved to walk in freezer. Called for repairs. (only swiss and cheddar cheese at 51.1 and 51.4 deg F. All meat at 48-50 deg F) Repair to hold all foods at 41 deg F or below.1/2 case chocolate milk and 1/2 case white milk at 55.4-55.6 deg F - disposed of at time of inspection.Note: on follow up inspection 6-4-2014 Walk in cooler still being worked on. Part ordered repairs will not be complete until 6-5-2014. No potentially hazardous foods stored in walk in cooler. Delivery today all refrigerated foods not placed in prep top coolers or walk in freezer/ 2 door freezer are being taken to the Mooresville store location. Finish repairs to walk in cooler.Note: on follow up inspection 6-5-2014 finishing repairs to unit. Small pack of ham in cooler at 57.5 deg F disposed of at time of inspection. Shredded cheese in cooler at 48.8 deg F moved to another cooler. Do not use untill repairs are complete and the cooler is holding at 41 deg F or below. Will be approximately 1 hour to check lines and 1 hour to test unit before repairs are complete. Verify temperature drop before putting food in cooler.
