Comments: Temperature logs kept with delivery of products. Temperatures have been elevated several times on May 27, 2013 to May 30, 2013.On 5-27-2013 temperatures at 44 deg F, 46 deg F, 42 deg FOn 5-28-2013 temperatures at 45 deg F, 43 deg FOn 5-29-2013 temperatures at 44 deg F, 42 deg F, 44 deg F, 43 deg F, 43 deg F, 42 deg FOn 5-30-2013 temperatures at 47 deg FMake sure to refuse shipments as needed when temperatures are elevated. Place foods in walk in cooler and leave there if not delivered immediately, until delivered. Do not leave foods out on the dock.
