    Comments: Non-plumbed hand sink is available inside coffee kiosk. Inspector took picture to show planning specialist to see if this is adequate. If not, licensee may be asked to either plumb existing hand sink or install hand sink within 25 feet of kiosk. Regardless, hand sink must be able to dispense water at 100 F for hand washing purposes.

Clerk did not have clean container to store utensils in, but will start using clean disposable cup placed next to doughnut display.

All potentially hazardous food (dairy, grab and go sandwiches, sushi, etc) has been locked up and will not be sold until inspector returns to do new establishment licensing tomorrow at 11:00am. OK to sell bottled soda, packaged chips, etc., until that time.
