  • Person-in-Charge will separate egg carton and return to supplier.
  • 4.1 Unable to locate thermometer in deli/dairy cooler. Provide an accurate thermometer in the warmest area of cooler to assure foods are maintained at 41°F or below. Current ambient air temp: <38°F
  • 3.2 Summer sausage located on the floor in retail area. Store food six inches above the floor.
  • 6.4 Damaged ceiling tile in men's restroom. Physical facilities shall be in good repair.
  • 6.4 Soiled floor surrounding ladies' restroom toilet. Clean the floor more thoroughly.
  • Note: Observed various bottled beverages in men's restroom near mop sink. Reportedly, these are damaged or outdated and will be discarded.
