- *3.4/4.4 Ambient air temperature of Beverage Air cooler storing pre-packaged sandwiches was 41°F, but the sandwiches in this cooler were holding at 41-47°F. Adjust cooler and/or repair cooler so as to maintain time temperature controlled for safety food at
- 41°F or below.
- R/4.4 Damaged/cracked hot dog roller food shield. Equipment shall be in good repair.
- *3.4 Existing Whirlpool household cooler on premises contained an air temperature of 44°F. This unit was adjusted and contained a temperature of 33°F. Monitor this unit. Please be advised when equipment fails to meet the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code requirements, it must be replaced with commercial grade NSF approved or equivalent equipment.
- *4.5/4.6 Wash, rinse, and sanitize, pop nozzles on the beverage dispensing machine.

- 3.5 Provide the ingredients for the self service donuts, including the name of the food, ingredients in descending order, and the manufacturers name and address.
- Note: Observed hand sink and preparation sink was added. Seal or paint the concrete floor surface and provide base cove in this area to provide cleanable surfaces.
