Kids in classrooms eat between 11-11:30. Please monitor food or provide hot holding equipment in classrooms if food is being left at room temperature for an extended time and foods fall below 135°F.
- R4.1- Observed household GE range and Tappan microwave. These pieces of equipment are not NSF approved or use in commercial operations. Equipment acceptable for use shall be NSF approved or equivalent.

- *3.2 Observed employee handle ready-to-eat cereal with bare hands to feed infants. Employees may not touch ready-to-eat food with their bare hands. Use suitable utensils or gloves to prevent bare hand contact. Gloves are available for use.

- 4.2 Missing quat sanitizer test kit. Replace test kit in order to determine proper concentration (200 ppm).
- 5.4 Dumpster area is littered. Maintain area free of litter.
- 6.4 Parking lot is damaged near dumpster area. Repair this.
- R4.8 Observed bowls in the cabinets that were stacked wet. Allow bowls to air dry prior to storage.
- Note: Recommend maintaining boxes containing ingredients and lot numbers for bulk frozen foods such as waffles, bagels, muffins, etc. for allergy or recall purposes.
- Note: Common hand towel observed in employee restroom. Reportedly, this is for decorative purposes only. Papertowels are available for use in restroom.
- Note: Infant room refrigerator was holding at 44°F. Employee adjusted refrigerator temperature gauge at time of inspection. Be sure to maintain foods at 41°F or below. Please monitor temperature.
