3.2/4.8- Eggs in walk-in cooler and single-use items stored on the floor in the basement. Store food and single-use items 6 inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning and prevent contamination.
4.4- The gaskets on the Beverage Air freezer next to the fryer are starting to tear. Equipment shall be in good repair.
6.4- Small flying insects in basement near soda boxes. Provide adequate pest control measures.
Note: Top of grease trap had a large amount of grease on it. Reportedly grease trap was cleaned two days prior.
