The Triad disinfectant label states a potable water rinse in required for food contact surfaces. Approved sanitizers do not require a potable water rinse. In addition, the lavender scented bleach is not approved for use. Only non-scented bleaches may be used to sanitize equipment. Person-in-Charge shall be knowledgeable on how to properly clean and sanitize equipment.
