- R/4.4 Observed the shelves in the refrigerator were rusty. Repair this area to provide a cleanable surface.

- Notes: Foods and refrigeration units were holding at proper temperatures today. This operation recently transferedd it's license.
- The same family is currently running this operation, the transfer was to change from one family member to another.
