- (1) box of Raisin Bran, dated 3/10/12

- 4.5- Shelf under coffee counter with syrups is dirty. Clean this.
- 4.5- Large ice cream freezer has ice accumulation. Defrost freezer.
- Note: Pop tarts had a sell by date of 9/11/11 and snack pack pudding 5/7/11. Please check and rotate stock.

- 4.5- The shelf under the slush machine is dirty. Clean this.
- Note: No product in the deli case at this time. Reportedly person in charge pulled all food because case was not maintaining temperature when she arrived to work. Currently case was below 40°F. Continue to monitor case and make any needed repairs.
