*7.1- Cleaner stored next to paper products in the basement storage area. Store toxic chemicals below and away from single-use items to prevent possible contamination.
6.4- Replace damaged floor tile in front of two door reach-in cooler.
4.1- Provide a thermometer in the bar cooler with half and half. Thermometer was provided during this inspection.
Note: Contractors on site working on plan for new bar in basement. Plans must be submitted to this office for approval and a plumbing permit will be required by the plumbing division of the Medina County Health Department.

4.8- Crockpot used to cook chili. Provide a commercial grade piece of equipment that is certified with NSF or an equivalent testing agency.
6.4- Floor behind equipment on the cook line has food debris build-up. Clean this.
3.2- Boxes of chips stored on the floor in basement storage area. Store food six inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning and prevent possible contamination.
Note: Reportedly ice bin is not used and ice in the bar is taken from ice machine. Ice bin has empty bottles and food debris inside of it. If ice bin is to be used clean and sanitize prior to use.
