*3.4 Observed Edamame in the walk-in cooler was lacking date marking. Foods shall be dated the day of preparation and shall be used or discarded in seven calendar days. This food item was discarded.
C/4.8 Provide individually wrapped stir sticks or an approved dispenser to prevent consumer contamination.
6.4 Clean the ceiling vents in the public restrooms, and in the kitchen as needed including the surround ceiling tiles and wall surfaces.
