  • *7.0 Observed a chemical spray bottle with a green liquid was unlabeled. Label toxic chemicals to avoid confusion and misuse.
  • *3.4 Observed Edamame in the walk-in cooler was lacking date marking. Foods shall be dated the day of preparation and shall be used or discarded in seven calendar days. This food item was discarded.
  • C/4.8 Provide individually wrapped stir sticks or an approved dispenser to prevent consumer contamination.
  • 6.4 Clean the ceiling vents in the public restrooms, and in the kitchen as needed including the surround ceiling tiles and wall surfaces.
  • 3.2 Label the vinegar containers with the name of the food, to avoid confusion and misuse.
  • 6.2 Provide a hand washing sign for the hand sink in the dish area to inform employees where to wash their hands.
  • 4.4 Repair the damaged door seal on the Turbo air unit. Equipment shall be in good repair. Reportedly, this door seal was reordered.
  • 3.2 Store food items six inches off the floor in the walk-in freezer, to facilitate cleaning and to prevent contamination.
  • 4.4 Repair the handle on the Turbo Air freezer in the Demo area, to provide a cleanable surface.
  • Notes: Operation added a Shari Maker Rice acidifying unit model number #ASM77OA, (2)Two Maki Maker Autec Rice positioning machine model numbers ASM830A, ASM835A.
  • Discussed with PIC a partition between hand sink and the clean side of the three vat sink drain board might be required to prevent contamination of the clean equipment.
  • Operation opens at approximately 9 am to start food preparation.
  • This operation opened for business on 12/19/11, this inspection will count as the first standard and 30-day inspection for the 2012 licensing season.
