06/25/2013InspectionRegarding no water available at facility, kitchen manager had posted sign on front door that facility was temporarily closed and would re-open once public water was turned back on. Water was turned back on during inspection, Elmira Water Board completed repair work. A time table of compliance date of July 10, 2013 was established to correct the above-mentioned violations except for repair work to floor at kitchen cook line and dish machine area. Will conduct a re-inspection after 7/10 to determine compliance. Also established a time table of compliance date of August 1, 2013 to repair floor surfaces which are in disrepair along kitchen cook line and dish machine area.
