Report e-mailed.

The following temperatures were measured (degrees F): Salad Bain Marie - Chicken Salad - 44.4, Sliced Ham - 44.6; Display Cooler on Serving Line - Diced Tomatoes - 42.9; Reach-In Cooler in Kitchen - Deli Ham - 34.0, Provolone Cheese - 39.2; Final Rinse on Mechanical Dish Washer - 181 to 182. The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in June 2015. Report e-mailed.
