02/10/2014InspectionInsides of several coolers were sticky and had accumulation of food particles. Outside and sides of grill had accumulation of food particles and grease. Temperatures of sliced tomatoes were not held below 45F. Time held had only been two hours so they will be disposed of after four hours. A lid will be used to maintain temp in future. All hot temps ok. Thermometers missing in two coolers and were replaced. Handwashing stickers missing in restrooms and were replaced. Choking poster not posted and new poster given. CPR kit missing some gloves and masks and location not posted. Floor near grill and racks is dirty. A new wall was placed up by dish area since last inspection.
