02/09/2015InspectionVictory cooler was not holding temperatures below 45F. This is the cooler that was storing chicken wings. Actual temperature varied between 55F and 60F and the odor was very bad. This was corrected by disposing of the chicken and not using the cooler until it is repaired or replaced. Shredded lettuce was not covered in the walk in cooler. This was corrected by covering. A total of four thermometers were missing in several coolers and a freezer. Internal temperatures were checked with thermocoupler and found to be ok. Floor below the deep fryers has accumulation of grease. Sides of deep fryers, grills, and hoses are greasy. Ice scoop was immersed in ice impropery. This was corrected by using gloves to remove and sanitize before re-using and only placing with handle up out of ice. Insides of coolers and freezers are dirty. Current permit was not posted. This was corrected when the new permit was brought to the facility and placed on the wall.
