The chef indicates she herself picks up the foods served at the main kitchen, brings it back to the Good Shepherd kitchen (pick-up around 10:30 AM, back to Good Shepherd kitchen at 10:40 AM) then hot holds the meat and vegetables about 11AM with oven temp set at 350 deg. F. Food temps observed today-Roast beef in gravy 184 deg. F., baked red potatoes at 209 deg. F., Rutabega at 166 deg. F., baked haddock 164 deg. F.
