Observed 1 gal. cream of mushroom soup at 130 dF and bean & bacon soup at 128d F in Auto SHam. According to food staff the soups brought from the ""commissary' at 11:30 and some placed out for service and rest placed in Autosham. The potatos cooked and placed in autosham at 11:00 or out for service. All products rapidly reaheat to 165 dF and returned to service. |
