The Air Temperature of the Frigidaire Refrigerator/Freezer was measure to be 41 degrees F. The following cooked food items were measured (degrees F): Meatloaf - 160.1, Mashed Potatoes - 167.4, Pot Roast immediately after cooking - 201.2. The Final Rinse on the Mechanical Dish Washer was 190 to 192 degrees F. Report e-mailed.

11/25/2014InspectionNotes: The church made many updates to the facility this summer. For the bathrooms: the nonfunctional urinal cited in previous inspection was removed, and all the wall boards have been replaced with FRP. In the kitchen: a single sink was removed and new Formica counter installed. The island has a stainless, seamless covering and a wet sink at end. ( uneven bead on island sink is highly ground down but will need some scrubbing to keep clean). A new (?) 10 burner, Southbend stove and double oven was installed in place of previous unit. Also a three bay sink which two drain boards was added near the dishwasher. This sink lacks any back-flow prevention. Photos were taken of improvements. Temperatures: sliced ham in the Fridgidaire refrigerator is 40F, Canned fruit in the True reach in is at 39F. Today's lunch red cabbage 149F, summer squash 169F, Noodles 152, beef tips 162F. 11/13/2013InspectionOperator mentioned that the duct work and fan on the ventilation hood have not been cleaned in at least 15 years to the best of her knowledge. I mentioned that they need to hire a professional, licensed cleaner to thoroughly clean the hood ventilation system once a year. Air temperatures in all the refrigerators were between 38 to 40 degrees F. Prepared food items that are delivered to people's homes are hot held such that the temperatures measured at the time of delivery change from 170 to 167 to 168 degrees F. These items are hot held in a Temp Tek unit. The cold held items are placed in a cooler with cold packs and the temperatures measured changed from 38 degrees to 36 degrees F for a carton of milk.
