There were food items in boxes stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer. Things had to be rearranged to fit items elsewhere. Refrigerator doors, low-boy cooler covers microwave, and other surfaces greasy or covered with greasy fingerprints.

Chicken cooked about 30 minutes prior, according to staff, who originally stated it was cooked 10 minutes prior. - All chicken pieces moved to walk-in cooler to continue cooling process
