At time of inspection, all food items were frozen and no ice build up was noticed. Education was given on the proper storage of kitchen rags in a chlorine and water solution. The ratio of Clorox to water is 1 cap full to 1 gallon of water. Refrigerator across from 3 bay sink 38 degrees, Yogurt 38 degrees, Walk-in cooler 32 degrees, lettuce, cheese, tomato sandwich 47 degrees. |

The operator of this facility has purchased Taylor digital food probe thermometers which will be sent with the coolers to each satellite feeding site to be used to monitor cold holding temperatures of potentially hazardous foods held in the coolers. |
