Food temperatures obtained with DOH thermocouple thermometer-sliced tomatoes 44 degrees F., breaded chicken 146 degrees F., breaded fish 172 degrees F., French fries 185 degrees F. At time of inspection, operator indicated employee hand wash sink near office was not operable. Operator stated there is an employee restroom where hand washing can take place. The sink had been inoperable since 1/516 and expects it to be repaired soon. |
