The following food temperatures were measured: Walk-In Cooler - Vegetable Soup - 41.1, Pasta in Tray #1 - 42.6, Pasta in Tray #2 - 39.0, Chicken Nuggets in Tray #1 - 33.8, Chicken Nuggets in Tray #2 - 33.5, Vegetable Beef Soup - 41.0; Continental Two Door Reach-In Cooler - Sliced Tomatoes on Shelf #2 - 38.6, Sliced Tomatoes on Top Shelf - 40.0, Sliced Bologna - 42.2, Sliced American Cheese in Container #1 - 37.4, Sliced American Cheese in Container #2 - 41.1. The Rinse Temperature on the Dish Washer was 182 degrees F and the Fire Suppression System was checked in February 2015. The Milk Cooler behind the Serving Line was measured to have an Air Temperature of between 52 to 56 degrees F. The operator immediately removed the milk containers to the Walk-In Cooler and will not use this unit until the problem is identified and corrected. Report e-mailed. |
