The following temperatures were recorded (degrees F): Cold Milk in Cafeteria - 39.9, Chocolate Milk in Cafeteria - 43.9, Ham Salad - 44.4 & Sliced Turkey - 43.9 in Sandwich Cooler, Precooked, Breaded Chicken in Walk-In Cooler - 36.2, Chicken Rice Soup cooking on stove - 174.8. The following Air Temperatures were recorded (degrees F): Vegetable Cooler - 40, Walk-In Cooler - 36. The final rinse temperature on the automatic dish washer was 184 degrees F. Report e-mailed. |
