12/15/2011 | Inspection | 7F: Small steam table near grills had plastic containers of au jus, cheese sauce, gravy and soup re-heating in them upon inspector's arrival. Inspector used their calibrated thermopen to check temperatures and found their temps to range from 84oF to 115oF. It was determined that they were in steam table for 30-45 min. All were transferred to metal pans, reheated on stove until they temped to 165oF or greater. Then they were transferred back to steam table.
10B: Top of one chest freezer, in basement, is completely in disrepair. Insulation is hanging out all over the sides of cover and the gasket is broken.
15A: The kitchen floor near the dishmachine is very worn, not smooth and easily cleanable. Also the basement floor and the keg cooler floor are concrete and not smooth and easily cleanable. The ceiling in dry storage is missing 2 tiles and the ceiling in the walk-in, in basement, shows possible mold growth. It also is not flush, looks like possible water damage.
