04/04/2012Inspection5C Approx 1 dozen fresh eggs stored room temp at grillside, staff states eggs in place 1.5 hours prior to my arrival. Eggs @59F. Eggs placed in reach in cooler for rapid chill. 5C 1 Container of egg drop soup stored on top of steam table @67F, steam table was not on. Staff states soup was to be discarded but was in place upon my arrival, soup discarded. 6A Pork fried rice in steamer could not maintain 140F throughout, rice at top of container 119F. Staff states lid to steamer was open for extended period of time. Lid closed and after .5 hour rice was maintaining 140F
