Inspector to change the facility from low risk to medium risk because they started using the kitchen and cooking more foods. Exterminator to be hired to deal with the rodent problem. Owner must provide a copy of a receipt or contract with the Extermination company. Facility is currently using an outside propane grill to cook, spare propane tank onsite as well. Owner ordered a conversion kit so that the grill can be used with natural gas that is already available in the kitchen. Owner to contact OCHD when conversion for grill has been made as well as when the flooring behind bar has been addressed and after exterminators visit. Reinspection in 3 weeks. |
