02/18/2015 | Inspection | Comments only: 1. Left side sandwich cooler digital thermometer read a temperature of 38 degrees F. Using a metal stem probe thermometer, several food items were temped inside this cooler between 44 to 46 degrees F. Must monitor food temps in this cooler closely. If foods continue to measure above 45 degrees F, then foods requiring refrigeration must be moved to a properly functioning cooler immediately and the cooler must be serviced so it is capable of cold holding foods at or below 45 degrees F at all times. 2. There is a strong sewer gas odor present in the basement. There is a Jolly and Dunkin Donuts also located in the building. To follow up.
All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 3/4/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 3/4/15. |
